“Bus transportation very comfortable. Tours of the castles were very interesting but a person had very little time to really look around each room being described. Groups going through are quite large. Once the guide delivers information you’re on to the next room almost immediately.”

“Great trip. Cansel, our guide, was knowledgeable, helpful and well organized. The trip operated on schedule and both palaces were well worth the visit. The VIP tour bus is a little more comfortable than the regular bus and that was nice for a tour with a fair bit of driving.”

“The salt mine tour, boat ride, and pleasant walk along the shoreline were all lovely. Unfortunately, coming back on the boat, we forgot my backpack and although they were able to send it on the next boat, the guide could not wait the 40 minutes delay we would cause, so we were left behind and needed to find our own way back to Munich. Wouldn't have been an issue at all if the guide had told us they could not wait instead of saying they would wait but then leaving without us.”
