“Fantastic experience. Castle is amazing inside. Just know you cannot enter the castle until your scheduled time on ticket. You can enter the courtyard 45 min prior but there is nothing to keep you occupied. Best to take advantage of time by visiting other sites, the town or restaurants so you’re not waiting around unnecessarily. Bus trip very comfortable. Guides provided great historical information. Check if bridge open in winter because it closes randomly when deemed unsafe for access. Recommend walking up if you are capable.”
